Callipers Painted Or Not??

Hi Guys,

I have 211 and the black paint on its brake callipers and cradle was stuffed

In the end I took the paint off the callipers and repainted the cradles black

The question I have however is:

Were the callipers ( and the cradles) on Walky's originally painted black or were they just bare alloy with painted cradles???

I think mine are bare alloy. And its original

that's what i figured

When I blasted mine back they were etched primed but a real ruff job

The cradles are steel and I reckon they would be painted black originally

Will figure it out eventually
