Just found my list of potential cars i was looking at a couple of years back.Just shows that although there are a few to choose from at the moment. Things were way different back then.
I will leave the prices out so as not to upset people

1# 30,000 klm,stroker,stereo,show car
2#17,800 klm standard Sydney caryard
3#26,000 klm,mags,VIC
4#112,000 klm, Targa rally carVIC
5#63,000 klm,suspension,brakes,stereo,WA
6#77,000 klm, Standard
8#70,000 klm, standard,VIC
9#115,000 klm, Standard,NSW
10#60,000 klm, Standard,NSW Car yard,Had a rear ender big time
11#60,000 klm, Stroker,stereo,VIC
12#120,000 klm, Standard,
13#60,000 klm, Standard with second interior
14#56,000 klm, Standard, Sydney car yard
15# 280,000 klm, restored to standard
16#15,000 klm, Dodgey as. Laughed at him when i inspected it
17#8,200 klm, My car :):):)

There where a few more but where either too modified or klm where too high. All prices where withing $20,000 of each other and the suprising thing was not many people where willing to budge more than say a few grand. But nearly all owners even though they were selling new they were undervalued and sooner or later that would change. But the best thing was you didnt have to settle for any car. You could pick one that suited you. Modified, unmodified,Low klm,High klm.
These were the cars that were advertised over the 3 weeks that i was in buy mode.Ebay had about 4 go through too including mine.
Just thought i would post this because i just found it in my paperwork and it made a interesting read. The biggest thing i found when looking for a walkie is look closely. Many people lie or hide the truth about things so it pays to bring someone along that knows what to look for.I cant stress that enough.
